- Halibut
- Pacific Halibut are caught between Northern California and the Bering Sea. We are quoting on a "#2 halibut". It's the same quality as our regular halibut, only chalky. Great, and much cheaper, idea for grilling, baking, etc!
- Hamachi
- Found throughout the Pacific ocean from Australia to California to Japan.
- Mackerel
- Mackerel is a small fish that is found throughout the Atlantic ocean.
- Mako Shark
- Mako is found throughout the world in temperate waters.
- Monkfish
- Monkfish is not a particularly attractive fish, and has had the reputation of being the poor man's lobster. Osso Bucco cut!!
- Opah
- Typically Opah is a by-catch of the tuna long line industry.
- Amberjack
- Amberjack is found throughout the Atlantic coast of the United States.
- Red Drum
- Farmed Red Drum are found along the entire Atlantic coastline, however, they are more commonly found south of the Chesapeake Bay.

- The Hawaiian name for this fish means "delicious", and indeed, it is a highly-prized food fish.
- Cod (Hook & Line)
- Cod is found in both the Atlantic and the Pacific, although there are some differences between the meat. The current price is for fresh fillets cut in house (make sure you specify fresh cut).
- Bronzini
- Popular in the Mediterranean, this fish is great for a whole fish presentation. The Price here is for a Whole Fish scaled and gutted.

- Arctic Char is product that is raised through aqua culture in Canada and Iceland.
- Stingray
- Chesapeake Ray is a delicious, mild tasting fish caught in the United States along Virginia?s Eastern Shore.
