- Cod (Hook & Line)
- Cod is found in both the Atlantic and the Pacific, although there are some differences between the meat. The current price is for fresh fillets cut in house (make sure you specify fresh cut).
- Corvina
- Corvina comes to us from the Gulf of Mexico
- Dorade Royal
- Dorade is found throughout the Atlantic, with a commercial fishery in the western Mediterranean. This fishery has been overharvested in the past, however, with aquaculture, it has come back strong.
- Hiramasa
- Hiramasa is a name brand for a sustainably farmed Hamachi that comes to us from the Port Lincoln area of Australia.
- Arctic Char
- Arctic Char is product that is raised through aqua culture in Canada and Iceland.

- Escolar has extremely high oil content, this characteristic makes it excellent for grilling....
