- Halibut
- Pacific Halibut are caught between Northern California and the Bering Sea. Fillets cut from 20 to 40 pound fish!
- Mahi Mahi
- Mahi has a sweet flavor, the meat is lean and has large dense flakes.
- Opah
- Typically Opah is a by-catch of the tuna long line industry.
- Snapper
- We will have Lane Snappers & Silk Snapper for Fillet. The price quoted is on the Lane Snappers.
- Tile
- Our current Tile is a Golden Tile.
- Steelhead
- flesh is a deep orange/red that is reminiscent of a wild Sockeye.
- Wahoo
- The Hawaiian name for this fish means "delicious", and indeed, it is a highly-prized food fish.
- Cod (Hook & Line)
- Cod is found in both the Atlantic and the Pacific, although there are some differences between the meat. The current price is for fresh fillets cut in house (make sure you specify fresh cut).
- Grouper
- Red Grouper is found in temperate waters from the Carolinas into South America. The current special is on Fresh Cut Domestic fish SKIN ON.
- Escolar
- Escolar has extremely high oil content, this characteristic makes it excellent for grilling....
- Arctic Char
- Arctic Char is product that is raised through aqua culture in Canada and Iceland.
- Monkfish
- Monkfish is not a particularly attractive fish, and has had the reputation of being the poor man's lobster. Osso Bucco cut!!
- Turbot
- Turbot is often found on the menus of the best white table cloth restuarants. This is for skin on, fillet!
- Cockles (NZ)
- This tasty little pre-order item comes from New Zealand. Cream colored with a smooth, delicate texture, it's surely a favorite all over!
- Shrimp (Laughing Bird)
- Laughing Bird Key off the coast of Belize was named after the Laughing Gull known to nest there.
- Stingray
- Chesapeake Ray is a delicious, mild tasting fish caught in the United States along Virginia?s Eastern Shore.
- Skate Fillet
- Skate Wings come to us from the waters of George's Bank.
- Bronzini
- Popular in the Mediterranean, this fish is great for a whole fish presentation. The Price here is for a Whole Fish scaled and gutted.
