- Shrimp (Laughing Bird)
- Laughing Bird Key off the coast of Belize was named after the Laughing Gull known to nest there.
- Atlantic Stone Bass (Wreckfish)
- The Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch Guide rates Atlantic Stone Bass (Wreckfish) "Best Choice" for sustainability.
- Bronzini
- Popular in the Mediterranean, this fish is great for a whole fish presentation.
- Mako Shark
- Mako is found throughout the world in temperate waters.
- Monkfish
- Monkfish is not a particularly attractive fish, and has had the reputation of being the poor man's lobster.
- Rock (Wild)
- Rock season is open! New York is currently providing us with some 8+ pound fish. Take advantage of it as this season won't least.

- Our current wild salmon is a Copper River Sockeye that comes to us from Southeast Alaska. The price quoted is for Copper River Sockeye Fillet

- JJ McDonnell brings in Swordfish from around the world. A majority of our fish comes from North Carolina, however we also source from Brazil, South Africa, Panama, New Zeland, and Canada.

- Blue Marlin has long been a favorite target for sport fishermen as their fight and jumping abilities are legendary.

- Mahi has a sweet flavor, the meat is lean and has large dense flakes.

- The Hawaiian name for this fish means "delicious", and indeed, it is a highly-prized food fish.
