My career in the area of Credit began in 1976 with A.M. Castle Steel Supplier in Baltimore MD. In 1979 I entered the world of HVAC as Credit Manager for Lyon, Conklin & Co.

I recently retired in December 2007 after 20 years with R E Michel Company, Inc. and was surprisingly referred to George McManus by a mutual friend within weeks of my retirement.

I am excited to be using my Credit managing skills in the new field of Seafood Distribution.  I am enjoying this new venture and learning every day. I hope the knowledge I bring to JJ McDonnell & Co. Inc. helps support and grow the business.

After my initial trip to England in 1991 to visit our family living in New Castle, the travel bug got me.  Traveling and learning the different cultures proved fascinating.   So far I’ve had the pleasure of visiting England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Germany, Austria & Switzerland.  When I’m not dreaming of a trip, I read and belong to a Book Club.  Reading is another way of traveling for me.  I have been a part of the South Anne Arundel Lions since 2005 and have held several Chairmanships. The Vision care which is our main focus, followed by helping our Community keeps me involved with a great group of people.
