Chapter of the American Culinary Federation

J.J. McDonnell is proud to be an Associate Member and Supporter of the American Culinary Federation’s (ACF) D.C. Chapter, the Nation’s Capital Chef’s Association (NCCA). The Nation's Capital Chef's Association is comprised of chefs and culinary enthusiasts throughout the greater Washington, DC area. The chapter meets monthly to discuss particular culinary trends, to learn about products and to find better ways to serve our customers and our community.

As an Associate Member we participate heavily in all facets of the chapter. We have led educational segments during chapter meetings, we have donated seafood for the meals and we attend meetings regularly.        

The Culinary Code that J.J. McDonnell exhibits and follows as an Associate Member:

I will protect all members from the use of unfair means, unnecessary risks and unethical behavior when used against them for another's personal gain. I will support the success, growth, and future of my colleagues and this great foundation.
